Guidelines

To guarantee the safety and sanctity of this community, here are our codes of conduct and publishing guidelines. Please read them carefully, and use this list as an ongoing reference for our collective intentions and mission.

We do our best to uphold Virtues of the Spirit, beginning with a foundation of Truth, Love, and Authenticity, which enables us to create more peace, wisdom, and harmony in everything that we do. All members are encouraged to consider and contemplate these principles so to naturally embody them.

In the event of a disagreement, the goal is to practice self-humbling, mindful listening, and empathy so as to attain a greater perspective of Truth. As it is our community mission to reconcile the paradoxes between belief systems, we strive to find some kind of mutual understanding if possible. However, if a disagreement escalates into a hate filled argument, this is not the Way, and please report the member in question and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Hate-speech, bullying, taunting, or treating others with disrespect will not be tolerated. Violators will be banned from the community.

Anyone who exhibits 'God complex' behaviour (ie. asserting their divinity over everyone else in a show of arrogance) are not welcome. While many of us are here to get closer to God and return to Divine Likeness, it is only through humility that we are lifted up. (Whoever will exalt himself will be humbled, and whoever will humble himself will be exalted. - Matthew 23:12)

Please do not spam, and be mindful of everything you publish. We can do better than crude memes... But mindful or funny memes are great! 😉

No self-promotions are permitted for the purpose of selling or marketing yourself or making money off of other members. While you are welcome to share your accomplishments under the appropriate hashtags, repeated, 'scammy' or 'spammy' posts will be removed. This is NOT a community for ad space.

Seek to help others find their way around the platform, and don't be afraid to ask for help yourself.

While Spirit Mysteries is a spiritually minded community focused on the well-being of humanity, it is NOT a church, hospital, or wellness facility. As such, we cannot offer clinical advice. While we may share our testimonies and revelations to support each other’s greater understanding of the human experience, we ask that members avoid giving medical advice, especially if they are not qualified. If you or a friend are experiencing serious health issues (mental or otherwise), please seek a licensed professional.

We request that all community members report behavior that violates our guidelines by going to the profile-in-question and selecting ‘Report’ to notify our team.

Spirit Mysteries reserves the right to communicate with and/or remove a community member for violating any of these guidelines. Unless otherwise stated above, we will issue a warning first, but repeated offenses will lead to a termination of your membership without refund.
